Kryn Anderson (he/him)

Board Member

Kryn is the Chief Financial Officer at Neighborhood Trust Financial Partners, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing economic justice by empowering low-income workers through personalized financial coaching and by advocating for job quality. As CFO, Kryn leads the organization’s financial strategy, ensuring that resources are managed effectively to drive impact and long-term sustainability. His work focuses on aligning financial planning with organizational goals, optimizing revenue streams, and driving efficiency to support Neighborhood Trust’s mission. He is also responsible for operational oversight, including compliance, risk management, and internal controls.

 

Kryn also serves on the board of The OUT Foundation, which supports LGBTQ+ students and alumni of Brigham Young University as they navigate the school’s challenging cultural environment. The foundation provides scholarships, mental health resources, mentorship, and a transfer fund for students seeking to continue their education in a more affirming setting.

 

Kryn brings a deep commitment to economic justice and LGBTQ+ advocacy to The Future Perfect Project, where he is proud to support efforts to amplify the voices of LGBTQ+ youth.
